Flight Training gets the go-ahead from the 4th of July!

The news was announced by Martin Robinson, CEO of AOPA, on his Twitter account on the 26th June 2020.

This fantastic news confirms ‘that the re-opening of GA businesses and the safe restart of General aviation dual and instructional flights will be permitted from the 4th July 2020’.

Pilots MUST follow guidelines by the government, which are yet to be released as of the 28th June 2020. The GA community are expecting a re-iteration of the current guidelines set by the government to the general public.

The incredibly exciting news will mean that student pilots will be able to resume their flight training and after more than 100 days, take to the skies.

Pilot Garage are behind Martin Robinson as he urges people to take responsibility and to be careful upon the return.
